Which size suits me?

So you can be sure that you also choose the right size, we have provided you with a size chart in each product description. There you will get information about the breast circumferences and the lengths of all sizes.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order until we have given it to the manufacturer for shipping. This is usually the case if you have received the shipping confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, you can cancel your order by writing to our customer support.

Please note that you tell us your order number and give the subject "CANCELLATION". Otherwise, the process may not be initiated in time before the manufacturer has shipped the item (s).

How do I send something back?

You can reclaim your order within 14 working days (or return). You have to send them to our Returns Center in USA.

As soon as we have received your package there, we will credit you the purchase amount within 7 working days via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

How do I change something?

The size does not fit, and you would like to exchange the ordered item? No problem!

Also for exchange, the goods must first be sent to our returns address (cancellation form not necessary). As soon as we have received your goods there, we will - if the goods are available.

Important: Please inform us via e-mail about your exchange, so that we can recognize it as such. In the e-mail, give us your name and the affected order number (and possibly the article concerned).

How much are the shipping costs?

Basically, we offer free delivery for every item in our catalog.

How long does the delivery take?

The transit time is  5-30 working days depending on the season .

Why does not my shipment status change?

Since we work with international partners, your order will often be shipped directly from the manufacturer from a third country. There, a national logistics company initially takes care of the shipping.

Why do articles occasionally come to me?

Since we sell multinationally, we run several warehouses. It sometimes happens that an item eg in stock A is sold out, and therefore it has to be shipped from stock B - even though your remaining order was shipped from stock A.
